This system will help track donations made to a Church for any special project. It is mainly geared toward fund-raising for one large project but it could be adjusted for others.

Family Screen shows Honor Roll Name which can be different if the name desired on Honor Roll is different than standard family name ie Jones Family instead of Jim and Mary Jones. Also shows Total Donations, Current Honor Roll Status and dollar amount to the next status.

 

Honor Roll Report

 

Honor Roll Report shows complete listing of all donators from highest to lowest with Honor Roll Name, Amount Donated and Current Honor Roll Level Name.

 

Next Step Report

The Next Step Report shows amount of money in an asending order needed to obtain the next Honor Roll level. Although people seldom donate to reach the next level the Honor Roll does provide a bit of a game for the individuals to play to reach the next level.
